2. Where do you source your tallow? We work with small U.S. family farms that pasture-raise, grass-feed, and humanely treat their cattle. The suet is rendered at low heat to preserve vitamins A, D, E & K.

3. Are your products cruelty-free and palm-free? Yes. We never test on animals and avoid palm oil to protect endangered habitats.

4. Do your balms and deodorants leave a greasy feeling? No. Tallow’s fatty-acid profile is almost identical to human sebum, so it melts in, leaving a supple—not slick—finish. Arrowroot, magnesium, or clay absorb any excess.

5. Is there an SPF rating on your Edible Sun Balm? Our balm uses non-nano zinc oxide and raspberry-seed oil for gentle UV support. Because we do not use chemical filters, the formula is not FDA-rated; reapply often and pair with shade or protective clothing for extended sun exposure.

6. Are your scents natural? All aromas come from organic essential oils or naturally distilled plant extracts—never synthetic fragrance. Unscented versions are available for ultra-sensitive skin.

7. Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the U.S. and Canada and working on expanding our International markets.

9. How does my purchase support ocean conservation? A percentage of Tide and Tallow's annual revenue is donated to Ocean Conservancy and Sea Turtle Conservancy to fund shoreline clean-ups, habitat protection, and community education.

10. Are your containers recyclable? Yes. Jars and bottles are glass with aluminum lids; outer cartons are FSC-certified paper. Please rinse and recycle locally—or upcycle them for spices, travel minis, or DIY projects.

📋 When Are You Eligible for a Remake?

You can request a remake under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If the item, packaging, or any component arrives damaged or not up to BeautyBoss quality standards.
• Example: Damaged bottle, leaking product, misprinted label, etc.
• We will only resend the affected component (e.g., bottle, box, label).

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders:

• You received the wrong product or the customization (e.g., brand label) is missing or incorrect.
• A clear photo or video of the product and packaging is required.

3. Shipping Issues (Lost or Delayed in Transit):

• If your shipment has been stuck in transit for more than:

Remake requests may be denied if:

• You provided incorrect information or customization.
• You request a remake beyond 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (International) from delivery.

At Tide And Tallow, all of our products are custom-made and personalized for each brand. Because of this, we do not accept general returns. However, we’re committed to making things right when something goes wrong. We do review remake or refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

✨ When Can I Request a Remake?

You may be eligible for a free remake if:

• You received the wrong product, damaged goods, or a label that doesn’t match what was approved.
• A shipment is stuck in transit for more than 30 days (15 within the EU).
• A package is marked delivered but never arrived (must have Package Protection).

💳 Refunds & Store Credit (Tide Cash)

Refunds are rare and only issued in specific cases:

• Duplicate charges
• Verified product errors
• Fraud-related orders
• Multiple failed remake attempts

In these cases, refunds are usually issued as Tide Cash, our internal credit system used to pay for future orders.
